In 1970 Telluride Realty was opened and has remained the longest continuously operating Telluride real estate company. In 1983 John Micetic purchased Telluride Realty and for 22 years managed a professional and dedicated cadre of brokers who as individuals represent highly regarded citizens with much involvement in the Telluride community.

In 2004 Jack Wesson and Ben Jackson merged Telluride Realty with San Juan Properties, resulting in Telluride Realty, LLC. Jack and Ben, both at least twenty year residents of Telluride, bring a unique blend of talents with backgrounds in architecture, development, sales, and marketing, as well as over thirty years of Telluride real estate experience combined. The end result is a company with a broader knowledge base and a team who specializes real estate services. Each member of our team has a unique connection to Telluride, with every broker being a long-time resident. Telluride Realty, LLC is the composite of energetic, innovative, and forward thinkers who care about Telluride and its community.
